Why do people choose to send messages while driving? Better yet why do people use cell phones period? This causes lives of innocence people everyday. This is getting worse than drunk drivers. Sometimes you’re driving near someone and you wonder why they are driving all over the road or why they don’t use signal lights to turn just to pass them and see they are on their stupid cellphones. When will this ever end?

Well, there’s a very simple answer were stupid and we think its fun regardless of how dangerous it is we still are going to do it.I **** that stuff to people should pay attention to the road and leave that stuff at home.
In less developed country though, they do it because they want to save money. Honestly they buy a cellphone yet unable to afford the bills.
You are right, something must be done to stop this.
Ugggghghhhhhh…..I don’t know, but I wish they’d stop. It infuriates me when I see people do that. It’s like would you read a book while driving??? Would you write a letter while driving? How is this any different? And I cannot believe this is not illegal in all 50 states yet. Not only do I never text while driving, I always pull over to dial my cell phone if I absolutely have to call someone to let them know I’m running late or something, not to chat away. Talking on a cell phone (though still a very bad idea) is at least a lesser of the evils (at least your eyes are still on the road), but texting or dialing a number is just an accident waiting to happen.
The answer to that is simple.. its because they can. They have the ability to and if they dont then its only a matter of time before they come up with something that will make it possible. Thats why they now have handsfree technology in cars.
It may be easier to get away with than having a cell phone to your ear it is illegal to use cell phones unless you have an ear piece to my knowledge I use to be able to drive with a 40 oz. roll a blunt and talk on the cell phone and speed through traffic all at the same time and never got caught for years until one day and that one day will happen to everybody who’s breaking the law! Now i’m clean and sober and also a law abiding citizen! And thank God everyday i lived through my drug an alcohol abuse! police should if they catch them put them in jail for driving under the influence of cellphone
you’re right, they are worse than drunk drivers. they should legalize driving drunk and outlaw texting while driving. they are a danger to us all. i even saw a cop doing it a couple weeks ago!
It is a new experience for such people. When they will get bored of it and get more matured they will change the habit but in the mean time it is a big law and order problem on the road.
