The cheapest way is to get a digital camcorder and literally fix it to the top of your dash board. but you can buy proper incar camera kits, I’d search on Interweb if I were you.
You can get some nice little digital camera kits similar to those worn by base jumpers, mountain bikers, skydivers and so on. They are reasonably priced depending on the quality you require and easy to mount on roll cages, dash boards or anywhere you want to mount it on your car.
