Which would have meant you won't get a ticket, because it's still valid. As it is, you definitely can get a ticket for this. It's not like it expires today. You knew about this a long time ago, and just have failed to do anything about it. And yeah, you'll probably be hit with some fines, because it'll be rather obvious that you're operating a vehicle with a greatly expired license. Good job.
